Super easy and so tasty. One of the dishes that looks beautiful (perfect for company) and doesn't require much work (also perfect for when having company). I only had about half of a tomato so I added canned diced tomatoes that included some basil and other seasonings and that worked well too. - 1/24/09

This is a delicious recipe! Hubby made it a few weeks ago from a Kraft magazine, and it was really simple and wonderful! - 9/14/07

Easy to make. I did not have the sun dried tomato vinaigrette, so I used lite balsamic and added a little minced garlic to the tomato mixture which added a lot of flavor. Served with angel hair pasta. Will make this again :) - 6/17/13

I was very pleased with how good this dish turned out. My husband loved it (and he can be hard to please), and I had company over the night that I made it. They raved about how good it was. The dressing makes the chicken very moist and the meal is so easy to make. It is going in my favorites for sur - 9/24/12

Very good. I will use thinner chicken breasts next time. The thick ones got a bit chewy. - 7/19/12
