Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 oz of fettuccine

    11 oz of chicken breast (I used boneless skinless for convience but have made it with leftover chicken as well)

    1 bunch broccoli (269.3 grams or 9.5 oz)

    2 16 oz jars of alfredo sauce (i used 1 light parmesan alfredo and 1 of creamy alfredo)

    italian seasoning, salt and pepper as desired

Directions

Prep:
Chop broccoli into pieces
Chop chicken into pieces
start large pot of water to boil

Cooking:
Cook chicken through, season with italian seasoning, salt, and pepper

lightly cook broccoli pieces

cook fettuccine in boiling water, drain

combine chicken, broccoli, sauces and fettucine in large pot over low to medium heat stirring to ensure even mixing and heating

serve once everything is hot.

makes 8 1-cup servings

    I loved your comment, it made feel better about my own kids because it seems like at least one of them won't like each thing we make, although half the time it is a different one each time we make it. Like this recipe the first three times my middle one loved it but last time wouldn't touch it...
