Ingredients
Olive Oil--1 TbspOnion Chopped--1 smallTomato Chopped--1 smallGarlic Minced--1 cloveGinger Minced--1 inchPeas Frozen--1/4 cupSoy Chunks(little crushed)--10 piecesFresh Corriender leaves for garnishingSalt--to tastecayenne pepper--to tasteWater--1 to 2 cups
Directions
Take a pan ,add olive oil and soute chopped onion,garlic and ginger.Add tomatoes,salt and cayenne Pepper.Add crushed soy( vegetable Protein) and peas.Add 1 to 2 cups of water and cover it,on medium heat.Wait until the soy gets soft. Garnish it with fresh corriender leaves.
