Raw cauliflower rice salad

1 head cauliflower1 red pepper1 avocado1/2 c coconut (or other non dairy) milk1 clove garlic1 scallionjuice of 1 lime (about 2T)1 T honey1 tsp miso
Process cauliflower in food processor using s blade. Add pepper for last few seconds. Remove to large bowl.
For dressing blend together remaining ingredients adding the milk (or water) until desired consistency is achieved.
Chill and serve.
