Ingredients
Bring water to a boil in saucepan, turn off heat and stir in the bulger wheat. Cover and let sit for 30 mins to absorb the water. Strain off any remaining liquid if needed.Place the bulger wheat in a large bowl and toss lighly with all remaining ingredients. Add salt to taste.Refrigerate 3 hours to blend flavors.
