1.2 c. unsalted butter, softened3/4 c. sugar substitute1 tsp. almond extract1 Tbs. vanilla extract3.4 c. whole-wheat flour combined with 1/4 tsp. salt, and1 tsp. baking soda1 c. oatmeal2 scoops whey proteinCanola oil, as needed
preheat oven to 350F. cream butter and sugar substitute til light and airy. mix in extracts, stir in dry ingredients and add oatmeal til blended. add oil, as needed, to moisten dough. bake for 20 minutes until browned.
