Spicy Beef Stew

Ingredients
Beef chuck, 24 oz6 small carrots, chopped6 small potatoes4 cups of chicken broth1/2 cup red winei medium onion chopped3 cloves garlic choppedsalt and pepperHot Hungarian paprika
Directions
Brown beef in large Dutch Oven, sprinkled with paprika, salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
Add onions, garlic, and carrots to pot. Saute until soft.
Add wine and deglaze pot.
Add beef to pot with 1 qt chicken broth (or beef broth)
Add diced potatoes. Bring to boil for 20 minutes.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Top with sour cream (optional)
