Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
8 large fresh mushrooms1/4 c shredded cheddar3 slices crispy bacon, crumbled1/2 t garlic powder1 T mayonnaise1/2 cup prepared Success brand Portobello Mushroom Brown Rice Mix
Directions
Pull stems from mushrooms and finely chop. Mix with the cheddar, bacon, garlic powder, mayo and prepared rice.

Stuff mushrooms evenly using all the filling. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.

Serves 4, two shrooms each.
