Spinach with Balsamic Hummus Dressing

2.5 Cups of spinach5 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar1 tablespoon Light Olive Oil3 tablespoons Hummus
Directions
Blend the vinegar, olive oil, and hummus by using a food processor (works if you make multiple servings) or by simply mixing it with a fork until the hummus is broken up into the other liquids. Adjust proportions to your taste.
Pour over spinach and enjoy this crisp dressing with extra protein!
