Fried Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
28 fresh brussels sprouts1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil dash sea salt
Directions
Chop off ends of sprouts and cut in half. Heat oil in a large pan over medium high heat and throw in sprouts. Heat for about 5 or 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Some of the leaves will burn, but it's just added flavor, if you ask me.
