ham and potato crockpot breakfast

Ingredients
1lb. frozen hash browns1/2 lb. diced farmer sausage1 onion chopped1 green pepper chopped1 -1/2 cups shredded non fat chedder cheese8 eggs1/2 cup non fat milk pepper to taste.
Directions
in a 4-5 quart crockpot,layer ingredients in order
one third of the potatoes ,ham,onions,gr peppers.and cheese
repeat layers 2 more times
combine and whisk the eggs or egg beater eggs. and milk and whisk together. pour mixtrue over the layers in crockpot. cover and cook on low for 10 -12 hr.s 6-8 servings

    This was an easy recipe. I used turkey sausage instead of farmers sausage. It definitely needed much more salt. Next time I will salt/pepper each layer of hash browns. - 2/15/16
