Ingredients
Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 0.5 cup Schwans NSA Fat Free Vanilla Ice Cream, 1.5 cup Cinnamon, ground, 0.75 tspGinger, ground, 0.25 tsp Cloves, ground, 0.25 tsp *Sucralose (like Splenda), 12 tsp Skim milk, 1/4 cupGraham Crackers, Cinnamon 1 large rectangular piece or 2 square
Directions
Mix spices and Splenda or other sweetener to equal 1/4c sugar into canned or cooked pumpkin. Scoop Ice Cream into blender, add milk and pumpkin and blend until smooth. WILL BE THICK. Break 1 graham cracker into blender and pulse until blended through. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
