Ground Turkey Zucchini Skillet (AR)

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey1/2 c chopped onion2 garlic cloves, minced1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained4 c sliced zucchini1 teaspoon dried basil1 teaspoon dried oregano1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1.In a skillet, cook the turkey, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the corn, tomatoes, zucchini, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until heated through and zucchini is tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
