Carrot Apple Salad

Ingredients
5 medium carrots, shredded2 green apples, chopped1/4 cup mayonnaise or vegenaise1 tbsp lemon juice1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup craisins2 tsp sugar
Directions
Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and sugar in bowl. In seperate bowl add shredded carrots, apples, walnuts, & craisins. Toss with dressing mixture. Refrigerate immediately.
