Ingredients
11 oz can Green Giant Mexicorn15 oz can Green Giant Cream-Style Corn2 eggs, beaten1/3 cup canola oil4 oz chopped chilis1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup cornmeal1 tsp salt3/4 tsp garlic salt1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Lightly grease baking dish. In medium bowl, combine corns, eggs, oil chilis, and cheese. In separate bowl, combine cornmeal, salt, garlic salt, and baking powder. Add to corn mixture. Place in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
