Gingerbread cookies with added protein

Ingredients
box of gingerbread mix2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used MRM Whey)4 tbl unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup hot water
Directions
preheat 375

Mix all till well mixed.

spoon teaspoon size on to pam sprayed cookie sheet. Flatten with bottom of glass sprayed with pam (to prevent sticking).

bake for 8 min or longer if you like them crunchy.
