Zucchini Cheese Fries

8-10 Zucchini, baby2 large egg white1 tsp Chili powder2 cups Parmesan Cheese, grated1 cup Olive Oil
Beat egg whites and chili powder together and set aside. Spread parmesan cheese on a plate.
Trim ends off zucchini, and cut each in half. Cut each zucchini half lengthwise into three wedges. Set aside.
Dip zuchhini fries into egg mixture, and they coat with parmesan cheese. Cook in preheated oil, small batches, until golden brown. Keep warm until ready in warm oven at 200Fdegrees.
