Place lettuce on a large plate or in a large bowl and evenly top with cooked chicken breast, apple, cucumber, beeets, and feta cheese. Set aside. For the dressing, mix honey mustard, mayonnaise, cide vinegar, and a dash of black pepper together and pour over the salad or serve on the side.
