Wild Rice Salad: VEGAN

Ingredients
1 c cooked wild rice1 c parsley, chopped1/4 c diced tomato1/4 c diced red onion1/4 c diced snow peas1/4 c carrot1/4 c radish1/4 c cucumber1/4 c soy sauce3 TBSP brown rice vinegarSeasonings to taste: salt, pepper, fatoosh seasoning mix, etc.
Directions
Cook wild rice according to directions. Allow to cool.
Add rice and vegetable to a large bowl. Toss together. Add dressing (soy sauce and vinegar) and seasonings and toss again. Refridgerate (if time) to allow flavors to develop.
