2 eggsBoneless porks chopsparmesan cheeseflour
Directions
Beat eggs in a bowl and add parmesan cheese. on a plate put the flour. Heat the skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Dip pork in flour then egg and pan fry until cooked all the way through. Any remaining egg can be cooked after pork is done and have as a side dish.
