Ingredients
3 Stalks Asparagus1 Handful Chopped Button Mushrooms2 Eggs, only one yolk used1 Slice Swiss Cheese1 Slice Whole-Grain Bread
Directions
Take asparagus and wash.
Add mushrooms and asparagus to non-stick pan, cook on low until tender.
Add egg white and yolk and quickly scramble.
Toast bread.
Put swiss cheese on bread.
Put eggs on swiss cheese.
A winner is you.
