Mango Avocado Couscous salad

Ingredients
1 Avocado1 Mango1 Small red onion1 C Beets (marinated)1/2 C Dry couscous1 T Olive oil1 T Balsamic vinegar1t lemon juice
Directions
Cook the couscous (following the instruction). Cut the veggies and add ti the couscous. Mix and serve cold.
