Ingredients
Lentils, 4 cup Beans, black, 2.25 cupTurkey (dark meat), 6 cup, chopped or diced Spinach, frozen, 2 package (10 oz) yields Celery, raw, 8 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Carrots, raw, 4 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 4 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped *Bacon - Hormel Black Label Low Sodium (2 Slices), 3 serving *Turkey Stock, Homemade, 64 oz Basil, 6 tbsp Rosemary, 6 tbsp Garlic, .5 cup Oregano, ground, 4 tbsp
Directions
Boil turkey skeleton 1n 2 gallon of water 1 hour
Soak beans per package
chop veggies
remove skeleton from stock strain
chop turkey meat
cook bacon chop
cook veggies in bacon grease
add all ingredients and herbs back to stockpot
cook 1 hour low simmer
