Ingredients
1.5 Cups cooked minute brown rice1 Cup reduced calorie mayo1 large apple, diced1 TBSP lemon juice2 Cups diced cooked turkey1 Cup diced celery1 Cup seedless green grapes, cut in half or quarters
Directions
Prepare rice as per directions; mix all ingredients in a bowl with a lid. Chill for a couple of hours before serving.
