Hearty but Light Chili

Ingredients
16-oz. lean ground beef (93%)1 medium onion, chopped2 c. dark red kidney beans2 c. yellow corn, canned2 c. mushrooms, canned2 c. diced tomatoes with green chilies, cannedNote: I actually use the McCormick's Chili Seasoning (Reduced Sodium) packet, but I didn't see that product listed on SparkPeople...so I estimated the seasoning here.
Directions
Cook chili according to the packet directions, also adding the veggies when you would ordinarily put in the beans. Cook onion with the beef.
