1 boneless skinless chicken breast1 cub white rice2 tbls extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup diced onion1 small can of mushrooms/stems and pieces1/2 cup bean sprouts1/2 cup Green peppers1 tbls black pepper10 oz back of california blend mixed vegetables.1 large egg
dice chicken into small pieces. fry in wok with egg, olive oil, onions, peppers, and pepper. In sauce pan, prepare rice while chicken is cooking.
when chicken is done, drain excess liquid, add vegetables, mushrooms, and bean sprouts. Add rice, and fry on high heat for 10 minutes.
