My Mexican Rice

Ingredients
1 Cup brown rice, cooked1/2 Cup chopped tomato1/2 Cup chopped onion1/4 Cup cooked/canned black beans3 Tablespoons Lite Ranch dressing1 Tablespoon taco seasoninghandful Taco seasoned cheese
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together so that all is coated with ranch dressing and taco seasoning. Add as much or as little cheese as you like.

2. Enjoy!

Makes 2 servings, approx 1.25 cups each.
