vegan tomato coconut soup

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1068 grams (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)Garlic, 3 clove (remove)2 cups coconut milk ---- if using canned...1 can diluted with 1 can of water
Directions
in food processor, chop tomatoes.

in pot heat to medium and add onions plus a little water....add celery stir for 2 mins...add tomatoes and garlic and stir for 1 mins add coconut milk and some marjoram or basil...dried...2 tsp and heat for 5 mins.... purree if you want
