Olsen - Thanksgiving Stuffing

2 Lbs Ground Pork3 Cups Chopped Onion3 Cups Chopped Celery2 Cups Chicken Broth2 Loaves (1.25 Lb.) Slice White Bread2 Large Jars, Sliced Mushrooms3 Tbsp Dried Marjoram1 Lb. Butter
Cook Ground Pork Until Browned.
Add Butter, Celery, Onion, Half of Chicken Broth and Marjoram.
Continue Cooking until vegetables are fully cooked.
Add mushrooms.
Shred White Bread and Mix Into Pot, Adding remaining Chicken Broth as needed for moisture.
Transfer to covered baking dish after thoroughly mixed.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serve with gravy if desired.
