Ingredients
-1 540ml can of Bean medley (or combination of mixed beasn)-1 cup of frozen peas defrosted-1/2 cup diced red onion-1 tsb canola or EVOO-1tbsp lemon juice-1 to 2 tbsp cider or red wine vinegar (to taste)
Directions
Combine all ingrediants and refrigerate over night
