Ingredients
1/2 cup white uncooked rice2 cups plain regular yogurt1/4 stick buttersalt dried mint
Directions
first start cooking white rice (1/2) cup until it's very tender and smashable. Add 1/4 stick of butter and salt to taste. Make sure you have plenty1 of water, at the end of cooking you should still have a watery texture. Beat 2 cups plain yogurt with one small egg and a pinch of salt. Add half a cup water to the yogurt mix then stir and add it to the rice and continue cooking for a little bit longer. Add a pinch of dried mint and turn off the burner and let it stand for approx 30 min. Cover pot after cooking with the lid.

Serving Size: makes 4 bowls of soups.
