2c Non-fat Milk2c Non-fat Plain Yogurt2c Berries (your choice)3Tbsp Agave Nectar3 packets Truvia
Directions
1. Add milk, yogurt, berries, nectar and sweetner to blender.
2. Blend.
3. Pour into frozen popsicle forms or mini cups.
4. Freeze and enjoy.
