Chickpea A La King in Slower Cooker

Ingredients
Raw Cashews, 1 cupOats Oats, 1 cupRapunzel Vegan Vegetable Bouillon with Sea Salt, 1 cubesea salt, 2 tspTurmeric, 1/4 tspBeans Bush's Garbanzo beans, 2 cans, rinsed & drainedOnion, chopped, 1/2 cupwater, 6 cupsPeas, frozen, 4 cupsCarrots, raw, 2 cups, grated
Directions
Blend 2 cups water, cashews, oats, vegetable boullion cube, salt, & turmeric until very smooth. Pour into cooker. Rinse blender with 2 cups of the remaining water. Add to the cooker. Stir in carrots, garbanzo beans, onion and remaining 2 cups water. Cook for 5 hours. Stir in peas. Turn off cooker and let sit 5 minutes. Serve over rice or couscous.
