Egg Beater Faux French Toast

Ingredients
3/4 C. Egg Substitute1 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened2 t. Splenda1 t. Vanilla
Directions
Mix cream cheese, splenda and vanilla together, add egg substitute and mix well. Cook in skillet sprayed with cooking spray over med. high heat. Turn when about half way done.
