(You can use low fat options for a healthier version if you like!)24 oz cottage cheese 16 oz cream cheese3 cloves of garlic
Use a garlic press or mince the pealed garlic cloves as small as possible, then mash the garlic, cottage cheese and bricks of cream cheese with a potato masher or electric beater till fully mixed together and the cream cheese is smooth. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, then serve with your favorite chips.

My husband asked me to make a garlic dip that his dad used to always make. It was this recipe, with the addition of 1/2 cup of bleu cheese. I don't like either bleu or cottage cheese, but this combination is delicious! I couldn't taste the bleu cheese, so I don't think it was even necessary! - 12/14/12
