Ingredients
3 Cups AP Flour2.25 tsp Yeast2 tsp salt2 tsp sugar1 Cup water
Directions
Mix water sugar and yeast in a cup and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
Mix into flour adjusting water and flour as needed.
Need for 10 minutes.
Allow to rise until doubled in size. About one hour.
Shape into one or two loaves.
Allow to rise for 20 minutes.
Bake at 375 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve.
