Olsen - Mustard Potato Salad

Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 15 medium (2" dia.) - 5 lbsCelery, raw, 2.5 cup, dicedOnions, raw, 1.5 cup, choppedCelery seed, 1.5 tspGranulated Sugar, 2.5 tspSalt, 3 tspPepper, black, .5 tspPickle Relish, .5 cupCider Vinegar, 5 tbspKraft - Fat Free Mayo, 2 cupsPlochman's Yellow Mustard, .5 cup
Directions
Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes, approx 3/4".
Boil for 10-15 minutes until desired doneness.
Finally chop onion and celery, blanch for 5 minutes in rapidly boiling water.
Rinse potatoes, celery and onion under cold water until cold to touch.
Mix all other ingredients in small bowl, and add mixture to potatoes, onion and celery, mix well, and refrigerate before serving.
