Apple Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup ice1 cup organic unsweetened (cloudy) apple juice1 organic apple (I like Granny Smith), cut into sections off the core.1 Cup organic carrots, chopped1 rib celery, chopped1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (preferrably Cassia cinnamon)
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender, pulse for a few minutes, then leave to blend. Add water if having trouble blending.

Serving Size: Depending on how things blend - approx. 2 8 ox servings
