Banana French Toast

Ingredients

2 medium bananas, mashed10 slices of whole wheat bread1 Cup liquid eggs1 Cup FF Milk1 Cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup, divided
Peel, slice and smash bananas (slicing makes mashing easier)
Pour liquid eggs into pie pan
Add the milk
Add the mashed bananas
mix with fork
Sprinkle mix with cinnamon, if desired
Dip bread into mixture and coat on both sides
Place in sprayed frypan on medium low heat
Cook 2 minutes on each side (time may be different depending on your heat source)
Divide 1C syrup into 1/4c. for each person
You can also use spray butter on the cooked slices.
Serving Size: Serves 5 - with 2 pieces of toast each
