Spicy Blackeyed Peas

Ingredients
1 Can of Bush Blackeyed Peas1/2 Sweet Onion, chopped1 small scallion, chopped1/2 yellow bell pepper3 tbsp of mild pace salsa2 tbsp of butter
Directions
Saute onion, scallion and bell pepper in butter. Rinse blackeyed peas and add to mixture, along with salsa. Simmer 15 minutes.
