Colin's Mustard Beer Cheese Fondu

Ingredients
*Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 16 oz *Cheese Swiss Cheese Primo Taglio Lacy Swiss, 4 oz *Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour, 0.33 cup *Garlic: granulated (Sauers's), 6 tsp *Beer, 12 oz *White Pepper, 1 serving Salt, 1 tsp Mustard Powder, 2 tsp
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients with shredded cheese to coat all cheese. Pour 1/3 of beer into fondu pot. Add 1 cup of cheese, stir and melt cheese down at 225 degrees. Continue to add cheese and beer, alternating, until melted. Enjoy!
