Japanese Onion Soup

3 cups of water1 Tbsp chicken boullion2 Tbsp beef Boullion1 Stalk celery1 Large carrot cut into pieces1 oz ginger root1 clove garlic1 small onion cut into piecesI can mushrooms1 green onion
Mix the water with the boullion and the veggies, ginger root, and garlic clove cut into large pieces, except the mushrooms and the green onion, keep them out for the end. Boil for 45 minutes and then strain the broth into another container and through the veggies away. Add the mushrooms and cut up the green part of the onion to sprinkle on top.
