1 cup Quorn chik'n tenders, cooked1 can 98% fat free cream of celery soup1 2/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables1 cup Heart Smart bisquick mix1/2 cup fat free milk1/4 cup liquid egg substitute
Mix together the Quorn, soup, and veggies, and pour into a 9-inch pie plate.
Mix together the Bisquick, milk, and egg substitute, and pour over the top of the pie mixture, covering evenly.
Cook at 400 degrees for approx. 30 minutes (425 for high altitude).
