Quinoa Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine 1/4 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1/3 cup quinoa flakes (if using whole quinoa, rinse and toast)) 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon vanilla (optional)ORIGINAL RECIPE: https://www.food.com/recipe/quinoa-tahini-cookies-159837?scaleto=12&mode=null&st=true
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine first four ingredients; mix until creamy.

Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Spoon rounded teaspoonfuls of batter onto cookie sheets.

Bake for 10 - 11 minutes, or until they start to turn golden brown.
