Stefka's breakfast smoothie

Ingredients
Fat free Greek Yogurt - 1 cupPlain soymilk - 1 cupGround flaxseed - 2 tablespoonsEAS or other protein powder - 2 scoops (1 serving)Frozen berry mix - 1 cupWater - 1 cup (or to taste)Frozen banana - half of one medium
Directions
Blend together and enjoy! Best with frozen berries and banana, though fresh can be used. If you use fresh, then add a couple of ice cubes. Add more or less water depending on your preference for thickness. Add a scoop of Benefiber if you want a higher fiber shake, or try a flavored yogurt or soy milk if sugar is not an issue.
