Cranberry Orange Bread

Ingredients
2 c. flour1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 c sugar1 egg beaten1/2 c orange juicegrated rind of 1 orange2 tbsp melted butter2 Tbsp hot water1 c raw whole cranberries
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Mix egg, Orange juice, rind, butter and hot water. Fold in dry ingredients. Gently fold in cranberries. Bake in greased pans 325 for 40 minutes. Check for doneness and increase time as needed.
