Thin Pork chops 5 boneless, pan-fried, Canola Oil, 1 tbspOnions, .5 cup, choppedfresh mushrooms sliced 1 1/2 cupsSherry, dry, .5 fl. ozGravy mixHeavy Whipping Cream, 1/3 cupbeef bullion cubeWater 1 cupEgg Noodles 9 oz cooked
Pan fry pork chops in oil until done. Remove and keep warm. Sautee onion and mushrooms in hot pan until soft, then add sherry. Add gravy mix, 1/2 to 1 beef bullion cube, and water to pan. mix well and heat to boiling. Slowly add heavy cream and return to slight boil. Add meat back to the pan. Serve meat and sauce over noodles
