Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb of Top Sirloin Steak cut into small 1" cubes
    (you can save even more time and buy the meat already cubed in the store!)
    1/2 C Mushrooms chopped
    1 10.75 can of 98% fat free low sodium Cream of Mushroom soup
    1/2 C Nonfat Milk
    1 cup light sour cream
    1/2 cup onion diced
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

On med heat in a nonstick skillet season and brown meat along with onions, garlic and mushrooms. In a seperate bowl mix together soup milk and sour cream mix until smoothe. When all the meat is brown turn heat to low and add soup mixture, stir to combine and cook for another 10-15 min until sauce is thick and smoothe. Serve over rice or noodles. (calorie count doesn't include noodles or rice.)
