Indian Cury Chicken

Ingredients
5 medium white potatoes ( aabout 1 1/2 lbs) peeled1 medium green sweet pepperr, seeded and cut into 1 innch peices1 medium onion, sliced1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast ( cut into 1 inch peices) 1 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes1 Tablespoon ground corriander1 1/2 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger ( or 1/4 teaspoon groung ginger )3/4 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon ground tumeric1/4-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/8 teaspoon ground cloves1 cup chicken broth 2 Tablespoon cold water4 teaspoon corn starch
Directions
In a 3 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker combine potatoes, sweet pepper, and onion. Add Chicken

In a Medium bowl combine tomatoes, corriander, paprika, ginger, salt tumeric, crushed red pepper, cinnamon and cloves. Stir in broth. Pour over chicken mixture in slow cooker

Cover and cook on low - heat setting for 8 to 10 hours, or on high heat for 4 - 5 hours

Serving Size: makes plenty for 5
