Ground pork - 730g for calculation here2 big picked cucumbers some 4 tablespoons of hot russian mustard - 70g or calculation hereDO NOT ADD SALT! (Cucumbers and mustard more than enough)
Knead meat very very well (or meatballs will 'melt' once on pan)
Cut cucumbers in small cubes.
Add cucumber cubes and mustards to the meat, keep kneading.
Once well kneaded, make balls with your hands, pour olive oil on a hot pan (just to get pan wet, we'll cook on it, not deep fry), put meatballs on pan. on 9 level induction - 6 at first, then reduce once cooking
Once one side is brown (you can let it get pretty dark brown) turn it, cook the other side.
Serving Size: makes about 30 small meatballs
